A few weeks ago, I shared the adorable artichoke with you from my neighbor’s garden. This variety bloomed soon after and was begging to be shared. Considered a wild artichoke, it can be grown for ornamental reasons as in my neighbor’s case. It caught my eye since it is the only purple plant in his garden. What a fun addition!
