Time to rock on!
We have come to the time in our life that our friends and family can buy whatever they want and need. We decided to pool our talents and create a birthday cd. This cd is filled with fun, upbeat music that is definitely a reflection of us including some of our favorite songs. My husband, the music fanatic, created the cd and I designed the packaging. You need the following tools and supplies to create this cd envelope:
Cut the kraft cardstock to 7.5″ x 11″ and fold in half. On the left side of the fold, cut out 2.5″ x 5.5″ rectangle of paper and you will be left with a flap on the right side. Fold it up to meet the bottom of the paper to make the pocket for the cd. Adhere the sides of the flap to make the pocket. Adhere the song list to the left panel. Cut all of the pieces for Happy Birthday at 1.5″ and adhere to the front. Create a label for the cd using Avery templates, which can be found at avery.com.
Get your groove on!
We have been working on this project for a few months and are very happy with the result. The music makes you happy and allows you to forget about the cares of the day. We hope all of the lucky recipients will enjoy it!
