Cricut Friday: Birthday Gift Tag #3

September 13, 2013 by Tina Kistinger 4 Comments

For the princess in your life!

For the princess in your life!

Of course, the princesses needed gift tag representation too.  You need the following tools and supplies to create this tag:

  • Cricut machine
  • Cricut Celebrations cartridge
  • Cricut/Creative Memories Holiday Frames & Tags cartridge
  • Cricut Ribbons & Rosettes cartridge
  • cardstock
  • adhesive
  • rhinestones

Cut two pink tags at 3.5″ using the Holiday Frames & Tags cartridge.  Cut the crown at 2″ using the Celebrations cartridge.  Cut the border at 1″ from the Ribbons & Rosettes cartridge.  Sandwich the border between the two tags.  Trim the border to fit the width of the tag.  Adhere the crown and rhinestones to the tag.

Sometimes simple is best and the rhinestones give the crown the sparkle it requires.  Any princess would adore this tag!

Whether or not you believe in fairy tales, every girl is a princess to somebody.   -Anonymous

My husband jokes with me that I am all about textures, but it is true. They can add so much to a card and elevate it to wow status.
